Manish Gupta is a career diplomat and a member of the Indian Foreign Service since 1998. In the course of a diplomatic career spanning over 20 years, he has held various positions in New Delhi and abroad. He has extensive experience in dealing with multilateral issues.

Tash Jamieson is the Global Founders Program Manager at the University of New South Wales, helping established startups with their international ambitions.

Simon has taken on a number of leadership roles in his career spanning 25 years across Big 4 accounting firms and financial services firm.
Before Simon crossed over to the financial services industry, Simon was a Partner at EY Korea between 2004 and 2009. Prior to leaving EY, Simon was the Managing Partner, with overall management responsibilities for the Advisory Services practice at EY Korea, which had over 140 consultants with 6 subservice line partners.
Simon is currently the ASEAN, India, and Korean Business Group Leader. His bilingual skills, deep understanding of the Asian culture, and 12 years of working in a number of countries in Asia in various roles, including EY Partner and Senior Vice President of Meirtz Financial Holdings provide significant value to our clients.
Simon attained Bachelor of Economics from Macquarie University, Masters of Risk Management from the University of NSW, and is a chartered accountant.

Bill Fuggle is a partner in the Sydney office of Baker McKenzie where he is a leading adviser in financial services, capital markets and funds management transactions. Bill has been instrumental in drafting innovative structured products in Australia and has been engaged in key advisory roles in significant transactions in the Australian and Asian market.
He routinely works on a broad range of legal matters related to financial services, capital markets and funds management. He has acted on various IPOs and capital raisings in Australia, the UK and Asia Pacific.

Senior Manager – Listings Business Development (ASX)
James Posnett is Senior Manager, Listings Business Development at the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) in Sydney. He has had extensive experience in financial markets in Australia and internationally for over 15 years.
Since joining ASX in 2012 he has been responsible for the development of the listings and capital raising business, both domestically and internationally. He works with companies from a broad range of industry sectors, including technology, healthcare and resources. James formerly worked for NYSE Euronext in London in the capital markets and trading businesses, most recently as Managing Director, International Listings. He has also worked for BNP Paribas Equities in Sydney.
James holds a BSc (Hons) from Loughborough University and an MBA from the University of Adelaide.
Raghu is a Mentor and Strategic Advisor to Samisti Legal. Raghu provides strategic guidance to the firm, helps in building relationships and partnerships, coaches and mentors the team. He brings extensive understanding of ever-changing business dynamics, legal framework governing businesses in India, new business models etc., which will help Samisti to provide
its solutions more holistically and comprehensively.
Raghu is also the Founder Partner of R & A Associates, a Corporate Secretarial and Legal Services firm established in 1996. He has over 23 years of consulting experience in corporate secretarial and legal services covering Setting up business in India and overseas, capital structuring, Foreign Direct Investment, Joint Ventures, Foreign Collaborations, Secretarial Audit, Compliance Audit, Legal Due Diligence, Transaction Advisory, Advising on Corporate Governance, M & A, Private equity transactions.
Raghu is a Company Secretary and an Executive MBA from the Indian School of Business. He is also an Insolvency Professional with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI).

Professor Alex Frino is a distinguished financial economist, who fosters the interaction of business with academe. He is an alumnus of University Of Wollongong and Cambridge University, and a former Fulbright Scholar.
He is one of the best published financial economists in the world, with over 100 papers in leading scholarly journals. He has won over $100 million in competitive research funding and is frequently cited in the global press.
Professor Frino was previously Chief Executive Officer of the Capital Markets Cooperative Research Centre Ltd and has held visiting academic positions at leading Universities in Italy, New Zealand, the UK and the United States. He has also held positions with leading financial market organisations, including the Sydney Futures Exchange, Credit Suisse and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission in the USA.
He is regularly called upon to act as an independent expert witness in major Australian court cases, involving corporate governance, or continuous disclosure issues and has acted as a consultant to many large Australian listed companies.
